Building our constitution
Since, the required strength is slowly reaching up, we need to start thinking about the formal objectives, principles, conventions...
Suggest, the most important things that we could do? How we can bring out the plans (in a more abstract way)? What are the visions and mission? How do we have communication mediums apart from online interaction - yearly conventions, get-togethers, e-magazine...
Suggest some ways where you can contribute...

Once we have sufficient strength for the alumni forum, consider moving to a Content Management System like drupal. Co authoring a blogspot blog is the cave age way of doing it. We can set up a tce-cs-alumni.org and host our content on it.
Of course this is secondary - only after we have finalised the objectives, mission and established credibility with the TCE management as being an official and united voice for the entire cs alumni.
Hi Ananth, we'll go step by step. Many of us are not introduced to the concept of blogging and co-authoring can help in better coordination.
Definitely, we need our own host name. I'm touch with the department to provide contacts to existing groups, so that we can speak with them and know their ideas on this.
